As a boutique agency, we focus on increasing yields on your investment and making investment ownership simple and stress free.
As a boutique, owner-operated agency, we manage a deliberate portfolio across the Gold Coast, Bundall, Broadbeach, Mermaid Beach, Burleigh Heads, Palm Beach and surrounding suburbs. Not hundreds of properties per person, but a number that lets us know every property, every tenancy, and every client by name.
When you call Oak & Key Real Estate, you speak to the people who actually manage your property. When something needs attention, it's handled with care and efficiency. When it's time for an appraisal, inspection or lease renewal, you'll find the same proactive, precise approach that defines everything we do.

Oak & Key Real Estate is Nele and Joey. Not a brand behind a brand, us, directly involved with every property we manage.
Before Oak & Key, Nele spent more than a decade managing complex operations and leading teams across high-stakes environments, earning an MBA along the way.
She brings that same rigour to property management: structured systems, clear accountability, and the kind of calm, organised approach that means things rarely slip through the cracks. Nele is the person who has already thought three steps ahead before you've raised the issue.
She personally oversees tenancy management, compliance, owner communications, and the internal standards that keep Oak & Key operating consistently, for every property, every time.
"I believe great property management is mostly about preventing problems, and when they do arise, handling them before they become stressful for anyone."
Together with his business partner, Joey founded Oak & Key Real Estate to provide a more personal, proactive approach to property management on the Gold Coast.
Before entering the real estate industry, Joey built a career as a helicopter pilot, working in aerial firefighting, surveying, and emergency response. These high-pressure environments demanded precision, clear communication, sound judgment, and the ability to solve problems quickly when circumstances changed unexpectedly.
Today, those same qualities shape the way he manages property investments. Joey believes property owners deserve a manager who is genuinely invested in the success of their property, not just the administration that comes with it. He works closely with landlords to protect and maximise their investment, maintain strong tenancies, and ensure every property is cared for to the highest standard.
"Flying taught me that the small things matter, they're usually the ones that keep bigger things from going wrong."
